What’s your favorite outdoor activity?
I love hiking, my yoga-in-the-park class, running, playing tennis, walking… I just love to be outside!
What not-so-good for you food have you made healthier and how?
Brownies. I substitute the oil with applesauce.
What’s your go-to healthy dish?
Baked salmon topped with mango salsa. It’s always a crowd-pleaser!
