What is Appnexus?
There is the Appnexus DSP (Demand Side Platform) referred to as the AppNexus Programmable Platform and the Appnexus SSP (Supply Side Platform) which allows publishers to sell their inventory programmatically.
Appnexus was founded in 2007 by CEO Brian O’Kelly and is Headquartered in NYC and has over 20 offices around the globe including, San Francisco, Toronto, London, Singapore, Tokyo and Sao Paulo.
In 2018, Appnexus was acquired by AT&T and is part of Xandr.
AppNexus operates the world’s largest independent programmatic marketplace, where roughly 90 percent of addressable comScore 200 publishers and 100 percent of Ad Age 100 advertisers transact daily.

Healthy Ads, uses the Appnexus SSP as our primary Supply Side Platform / Sell Side and Ad Server, and as such is the preferred way to execute all types of Programmatic buying, as you can access 100% of our inventory.
Irrespective of the Demand Side Platform used by Programmatic Buyers, Agency Trading Desks, Direct Response, Retargeters and Brand Advertisers can access our inventory via Appnexus Supply Side Seat 1792. We make available via the seat all inventory access our multiple verticals; Gourmet Ads, Healthy Ads and House Ads.
Irrespective of the DSP, Programmatic Buyers that have their own mapped Appnexus ID can access our Programmatic Buyer Report Cards which are generated on a monthly basis and provide detailed reporting.
